Head Over Heels

Everyone knows that Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen have incredible fashion sense, but what really caught my attention were their killer heels! Here are some of the amazing shoes they have worn :)

{ beautiful colors! }

{ I love these outfits! }

Shoes are my favorite accessories to shop for.
I am currently in love with chunky platforms,
and MK & Ashley pull them off really well.
I hope to find two nice pairs - one in black + one in tan/brown
that's within my budget :]

I ♥ NY - foto series

Despite the ugly weather, our time in NYC was short & sweet. We spent four days in New York, but it was more like two since there was a huge rain storm over the weekend :( On the first day I was unhappy because we were stuck inside the room and my pre-planned itinerary was ruined :( The heavy wind + rain was very frightening. We tried to get some food nearby and I couldn't walk more than two blocks!! It was so windy that I was getting pushed off the sidewalk and my umbrella was about to fly out of my hands. I felt so scared that tears started streaming down my face (kinda silly, I know haha).. I have never experience that kind of rain storm before. East Coast weather definitely gave me new definitions for cold, rain, and wind. I was sad also because I felt unlucky that days before and after our visit, the weather was nice & sunny. Even though we didn't have enough time to visit all the places on my list, I still had fun eating and walking around NYC after the storm subsided. Tuesday, our last day in New York, the sun finally came out and we visited so many places that our feet ached from walking :P NYC is definitely an amazing city, and I can't wait to go back again! =)

Bruin Meets Tiger

Most of my photos are scenery pictures because 陳先生 is super busy with school work so I have to wander around campus by myself. I am also not very good at 自拍 so I couldn't take a lot of pictures of myself. I want to hire a personal photographer!

{ Welcome to Princeton University }
their school colors are black & orange..
Halloween colors? or tiger colors :P

{ one of the gated entrances }

{ courtyard inside the gates }

{ Princeton Tiger standing guard }

{ tribute to Michael Jackson }

{ Princeton's daily paper }

{ Small World Coffee cup }
Small World Coffee is very popular around Princeton, it has 4.5 stars & good reviews on Yelp, and both coffee shops downtown Princeton are always crowded just like the Starbucks Coffee in downtown SF!

{ one of the 10 Eating Clubs on Prospect Avenue }
When I passed by these mansion-like houses on Prospect Avenue, I wondered who lived there. I thought this was Princeton's frat row when I saw students walking in & out of the houses, but none of the houses had greek letters on them. I was confused & curious, so I went back and googled it. I found out from Princeton's dining & housing website that these houses are "Eating Clubs" for undergraduate students! This was one of the most fascinating things I've discovered here. I wonder if there's something like this at the other Ivy Leagues.

{ Tiger Transit shuttle roaming around campus }

{ Whitman College }

{ the last remnant of snow }
Weather forecast said it was going to snow on the night I arrive + the following day, but it didn't. In fact, it was quite sunny this past week, but I still had to bundle up like a ball.

{ my favorite spot on campus }
The patio in the courtyard of Whitman College is so calm, so peaceful & quiet. I really like their light wooden tables & chairs. If I was a Princetonian, this would be the perfect outdoor study spot :)

{ mi* & my small world coffee }

{ photographed with film grain mode }

{ Lourie-Love Walk leading to Wilson College }

{ Friend Center, first floor hallway }
This building houses the Computer Science department and the Engineering Library. The hallway looks like an art gallery, except the art pieces on exhibition are all engineering-related. Much more glamourous than UCLA's Boelter Hall hahaha :D

{ that's all folks! }

Friday afternoon we're going to New York for his Spring Break ! However, weather forecast says it's going to rain during my entire visit in NYC :( so I'm not sure how many places I will get to visit or how many photos I will be able to capture in the rain :( Rain Rain please go away~ or better yet, Rain Rain please don't come~
